                    About Us:

Chuck Mitchell is an experienced classroom teacher and the former Technology Coordinator for the Laconia School District. Chuck received a special commendation from Governor Jeanne Shaheen for his 32+ years serving the educational community. 

Chuck was educated in New Hampshire, receiving his undergraduate degree from Keene State College in 1966, and his Master's Degree from Plymouth State College in 1974. He is and has been active with local, state and national associations and organizations, assuming leadership roles in most. 

His adult training experienced includes workshops and classes for school districts, universities, non-profit organization and businesses.  In 1998, numerous requests  for services resulted in the opening of this business:  Calef Hill Technology Services. Now, Chuck's main focus has become securing e-rate funding for schools, school districts and libraries.  For more information about the E-rate, click here.

We have also been designing and maintaining web sites for over ten years.  As of January 1, 2006,  Calef Hill Technology Services has designed many sites and continues to maintain and update ten different sites.

Kathi Mitchell is the other half of the Calef Hill Technology Services team. As a former teacher, Kathi was Concord School District's 1997 Teacher of the Year, a building level technology coordinator, and a trainer.  Kathi brings an elementary teacher's skill and perspective to our client learners. We know and understand how to help professionals make the most of computer technology and to assist them in using technology to increase productivity.  Kathi has helped many teachers integrate computer resources and the use of the Internet into their curriculum. She is always searching for excellent educational resources from the Internet.
